We just finished our first Sheep and Wool Festival, and it was a huge success!!  We performed 3 frisbee shows, and 1 flyball show for each day of the festival. We had great weather (alittle cold, but great for the dogs), great audiences, and great friends helping us out.  Once again we would like to thank Nadja and Kara from Hooked On Dogs for donating our frisbees.  We would also like to thank Michelle and Bob for all of their help (as always).  Also thanks to Polly and Rachel- Moe did great, and we couldn't have done flyball without Rachel boxloading for us.  Most of all we want to thank Shannon (and Chris) for everything.  Ticket was great doing frisbee, and Baloo was the star of the flyball show!! It was great to do flyball together again.  Check out some of our videos on youtube for some of the action.

Northeast Wild Disc Dogs NEXT event!

Come join Northeast Wild Disc Dogs for an afternoon of disc doggin' fun on Saturday, October 25 at 2 p.m @ Stone Church Rd. Field in Rhinebeck, NY. There will be training available in disc-throwing, freestyle and conclude with a Toss & Fetch contest!  So please save-the-date and join us for an afternoon of fun with your canine companion.  Please email us or call Hooked On Dogs @ 845-758-2275 if you have any questions! Java, Moshi, Fuze, and I made the long trip to Chattanooga for the last chance qualifier, and Skyhoundz World Finals last week.  We went down with our friend Kara and her little microdog Squirt.  Java and Moshi did a great job in the freestyle competition, but my real star was Fuze.  He came in 7th out of over 100 competitors in DA, just missing the cut off but showing total focus!  He caught five out of five throws, I couldn't be more proud of him!!
