What a weekend for the Pawstars at the Meadowlands Pet Expo.  First off the Mid-Atlantic Disc Dogs put on a great event!  Thank you Ray and Frank for running such a great club! 
  Now on to the competition.  Our friend Miyuki played with java on Saturday, and as she puts it Java covered her, catching everything Miyuki threw.  Miyuki took home first in spot landing!  Kara had a great day with Fuze both days and Java on Sunday.  Moshi and I couldn't have asked for better results- 1st overall Saturday, Sunday, and Grand Champion for the weekend!!  Way to go Mosh!!  My boy Lalo also had a good weekend.  This was one of his first competitions and he did great!  He competed in the A division, and took home a 1st in time trial, a 2nd in freestyle, and a 2nd in DA.  He also managed 1st overall for the A division Saturday, and 2nd overall for the A division Sunday!!  The highlight of the weekend for me was Pai-Mei.  In her first ever competition she came in 1st in DA in the A division!!  Not only did she take 1st, but she did it with style, soaring through the air and running at warp speed.  She was an instant crowd favorite!!

  We took Moshi to the Super Pet Expo in Edison NJ last week.  Moshi was able to compete in dock diving with the Ultimate Air Dogs.  She did great coming in third out of 28 dogs.  Her longest jump was 17' 10".  Not bad for a little border collie!
