Pawstars Profiles

Java- The Java Bean is a 5 year old border collie. She loves to compete in flyball and frisbee. She has run a 3.8 in flyball, and qualified for the International finals of the USDDN in toss and fetch. She was the 2007 FDDO National Runner-up, and third in the International FDDO for 2008. Java is the head of the Pawstars and likes to keep everyone in line. Her favorite trick is catching multiple frisbees thrown at one time.

Moshi- Moshi is a four year old border collie, and Java's half sister. While Java is all business, Moshi is all about fun! She loves to do everything, flyball, swimming, dockdiving, and her favorite- frisbee. Moshi has qualified for the USDDN national finals in freestyle, has dock jumped over 17', and is always a fan favorite at shows and competitions. Her favorite trick is any type of upside down flip.

Fuze- Fuze is a 2 year old border collie mix (bc/jack/staffie). Fuze loves to do everything as fast as he can. He loves playing frisbee (both toss and fetch and freestyle) and is working on a pairs routine with Kara and I. He qulified for the National USDDN Finals in Toss and Fetch with Kara last year. Fuze just started swimming this year, and dock diving may be in his future. Fuze also likes to do modeling in his free time. He was in the TJ Maxx christmas advertising last year, and just did a shoot for 3m's fur fighter. Fuze doesn't have a favorite trick- he loves them all!!

Luna- Luna aka the Luna Bug is a 5 year old Jack Russell Terrier. Luna competes in flyball and frisbee, but her favorite thing is swimming and dockdiving! Luna has quite a following of fans when she plays toss and fetch, and she is now working hard on her freestyle routine. Luna's favorite trick is doing a backstall with an added kiss of Kara's face before she goes after her next disc.

Lalo- Lalo is an almost 2 year old cattle dog/bc mix. We got Lalo as a rescue from Christina Curtis, and we will be forever greatful to her. Christina is not only one of the nicest people you could meet and a great frisbee competitor, but she does more to help rescue dogs than is imagineable! Back to Lalo- He is the happiest dog I have ever seen, he always has a smile on his face. He loves to retrieve anything, especially tennis balls. Lalo is doing great with frisbee, and has already won some competitions! He is going to be one to look out for in the future!

Pai-Mei
Pai-Mei is a 1 year old red heeler (mix?) that we got from rescue about two weeks ago. Mei-Mei is a crazy little dog that has tons of drive, and is going to be a killer frisbee dog in the future. Right now she is working on a recall, and tricks. Oh, she loves to swim too! Maybe she will be a dock diver?
